Perched atop the renowned Secret Beach along Kauai’s illustrious North Shore, Voyager Construction seamlessly executed the construction of a bespoke 10,821 square foot residence within one year. This ambitious project encompassed the demolition of the existing house and pool, followed by the meticulous construction of a new main residence. Additionally, the scope included the creation of a detached guest bedroom wing, an enchanting entry pond, infinity pool and spa, and an underground gymnasium.
